REPORTING A CLAIM:  The fastest way to report a claim is to contact the company directly.  Many companies offer a toll-free number and many are open 24 hours a day.  The information you should have available before contacting the company is as follows:  policy number, police report, and other parties' insurance information if applicable.  After reporting your claim, you should expect to hear from an adjuster within 48 house.  If you are not contacted in a timely manner, or if you experience any problems during your claim process, please be sure to call our office.
